If you do wish to return an item, we gladly accept returns on most purchases when returned in the new and unused condition in which they were sold. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty in any way.
Please contact our support staff to first receive an RMA authorization number and our full returns address details. Please remember to include this in and on your package. Unplanned packages arriving at our address will delay our response times by weeks.
